VIRGINIE HAS ONE AIM: TO CONVERT YOUR IDEA INTO A SUSTAINABLE PROJECT.

Fashioning a concept which suits you best and to breathe that little something extra into it which will make all the difference. From product to positioning through the target and the definition of the marketing plan, this challenger at heart screens everything. Each project has its tailor-made strategy. What is Virginie’s favourite thing about food? Conviviality! So you can count on her to share your ambition: to create a warm, friendly and unique place which will bring about success.

IN THE BUSINESS FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS, CHRISTIAN HAS BEEN A BUTCHER, A CHARCUTIER, RESTAURANT OWNER AND WINEMAKER (THAT’S ALL!).

He is behind the thrust given to the "Schievelavabo" restaurant concept where he wanted to mix several audiences around the same convivial space. The wine bar which he will open one day will be a must-visit meeting place for friends! This lover of food and the best produce is also a project enabler, a specialist who can unlock problems by finding realistic solutions. On the budget side, Christian keeps a close eye on things so that your culinary dream can be transformed into a flourishing business.

With several restaurant launches under her belt (for herself and for others) and numerous culinary journeys, she knows all about operations. Support, brainstorming, negotiating surface area, investment, networking: Tchop is there at all stages of your project, with her experience up her sleeve, always in no stress mode. And she will not stop at just theory! Tchop takes to “being in the room” like a fish does to water, and will report herself as present right from the first days of your opening.
